Our providers
Meet Cherlie & Naurah, your nurse practitioners.
Two board-certified Florida nurse practitioners, and two moms of two who know how full life gets. One of them will be your nurse practitioner for the whole program.
What is a nurse practitioner?
A nurse practitioner (NP) is an advanced-practice registered nurse with graduate-level medical training, a master's or doctoral degree, and national board certification. NPs are licensed to:
Review your health history and assess your health
Diagnose and treat health conditions
Order and interpret lab work
Prescribe medication, including weight-loss medication, when it's right for you
Many patients say they love seeing an NP because it feels like having a provider who has the medical training and the time to really listen. That's exactly the kind of care we believe you deserve.

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner · Mom of two
Hi, I'm Cherlie. I'm a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and I'm also a mom to a little boy and a little girl, so I know what it's like when your own needs land at the very bottom of the list.
In my work at OurTopClinic, I focus on weight management and on the conditions that often come with it, like high blood pressure, prediabetes, high cholesterol and thyroid concerns. But what matters most to me is that you feel heard. Many of my patients tell me they've tried everything and feel like they've failed. You haven't failed. You just haven't had a plan that fits your real life yet.
My promise to you: no judgment, no lectures, and nothing that doesn't fit your family's routine. We'll take it one realistic step at a time, together.

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner · Mom of two
Hi, I'm Naurah. I'm a doctorate-prepared, board-certified family nurse practitioner, and a mom to a boy and a girl, so I understand how hard it is to find even an hour for yourself.
That's exactly why we designed our new 90-Day Wellness Journey to work without appointments. I never want a mom to have to choose between showing up for her kids and showing up for her health. You can reach out late at night or between school pickups, and I'll be there.
I believe the best care starts with understanding. I'll always explain the "why" behind your plan, so you feel confident in every choice you make. You deserve care that respects your time, your body and your story.
Education: Doctorate in Family Health Nursing, Palm Beach Atlantic University
