Adults who are physically located in Florida. Every patient is reviewed individually by a Florida nurse practitioner, who decides what care is safe and appropriate.

$599 for all 90 days with compounded semaglutide, if prescribed, and your starting labs included. If you aren't prescribed medication, or prefer a plan without it, it's $299 for all 90 days, labs included. Both include your own nurse practitioner, monthly check-ins, the Wellness Hub and both bonuses, and neither auto-renews.

Most patients pay nothing beyond their program price. Prefer a different medication or your own pharmacy? The $299 program, labs included, is for you. Financing may be available for those who qualify during checkout.

Only if your nurse practitioner decides it is medically appropriate for you after reviewing your health history. Medication is never guaranteed and is one part of a full plan that includes simple meals and movement. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Prefer a different medication or your own pharmacy? The $299 program is for you.
